Shipping Policy
Kelly Jackson Illustrations is based on and operated from a farm 25min drive from the nearest town and courier depot (Nieu-Bethesda). Although I will endeavour to send your parcel as quickly as I can, please be understanding as to the logistics involved with running a business from a rural location.
I make use of the Courier Guy's Pudo lockers which ensure that courier costs are kept to a minimum and are delivered safely to your door. These parcels are collected on Wednesdays and Fridays, after which they will be on their way to your address. Therefore, please allow for an approximate delivery time of 5 - 7 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for whatever reason you're not entirely happy with your order, I do offer exchanges and refunds:

- Free returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- You can exchange your product for a different product of the same value or receive a refund to the original payment method.
- Products must please be returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- As I am a small business, I unfortunately cannot pay for postage on any returns, unless an item is faulty or received in error.
